Abstract:
Against the backdrop of national policy guidance and the increasingly prominent mental health issues among adolescents, adolescent mental health education urgently calls for proactive responses from the educational system. As an interdisciplinary practice integrating aesthetic experience with psychological intervention, art therapy offers a new educational pathway for school art education. Grounded in the concept of “integration of education and healing”, this study systematically reviews the theoretical foundations and current state of art therapy. Considering the psychological characteristics of junior high school students and the distinctive features of the art discipline, five strategies for introducing art therapy into junior high school art classrooms are proposed. Integrating art therapy into art classroom instruction not only helps alleviate students’ emotional stress and promote self-awareness and psychological growth, but also fulfills the practical tasks of aesthetic education in enlightening the intellect, cultivating virtue, and enhancing physical health, thereby realizing the educational mission of “nurturing people with beauty, transforming people with beauty, and strengthening foundations with beauty”.
在国家政策引领与青少年心理健康问题日益凸显的背景下,青少年心理健康教育亟待教育系统积极应对。艺术疗愈作为融合审美体验与心理干预的跨学科实践,为学校美术教育提供了新的育人路径。本研究基于“育愈融合”理念,系统梳理艺术疗愈的理论基础与发展现状,结合初中生心理发展特点与美术学科属性,提出将艺术疗愈引入初中美术课堂的五项策略。将艺术疗愈融入美术课堂教学,不仅有助于缓解学生情绪压力、促进自我认知与心理成长,更能实现美育启智、育德、健体的目标,践行“以美育人、以美化人、以美培元”的教育使命。
