• Abstract: In the new era featuring rapid development of digital-intelligent technologies, public security work is undergoing an all-round digital-intelligent transformation. This not only injects impetus into the development of public security undertakings, but also puts forward new requirements for the competence and quality of public security talents. As the core force safeguarding national security, public security talents play a critical role in improving the modern policing system and enhancing new-quality public security combat effectiveness. Based on the background of digital-intelligent transformation, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in public security talent cultivation, and puts forward paths for strategic reconstruction from five dimensions: training objectives, practical platforms, teaching staff, curriculum system, and guarantee mechanisms. It aims to align talent cultivation in public security colleges with the needs of public security work in the new era, so as to provide talent support for the digital-intelligent development of public security. 在数智化技术飞速发展的新时代，公安工作正全面推进数智化转型，这为公安事业发展注入动力，也对公安人才能力素质提出了新要求。公安人才是维护国家安全的核心力量，其培养质量关乎现代警务体系建设完善与新质公安战斗力提升。本文立足数智化转型背景，分析公安人才培养的机遇与挑战，从培养目标、实践平台、师资队伍、教学体系、保障机制五个维度，提出公安人才培养战略重构路径，推动公安院校人才培养与新时代公安工作需求对接，为公安工作数智化发展提供人才支撑。
