  • Abstract: In the context of the “child-friendly” concept, enhancing rural preschool teachers' competence in creating educational environments is of great significance for promoting educational equity. Taking rural kindergartens in Shaoguan, northern Guangdong, as the research object, it is found that teachers face challenges such as outdated conceptual understanding, a lack of child-centered perspectives, insufficient ability to transform local resources, and an imbalance between safety and exploratory functions. These issues stem from delayed cognitive updates, uneven funding allocation, and the absence of professional support systems. Accordingly, this study proposes improvement pathways: First, activating local resources, establishing material libraries and characteristic spaces, and enhancing competence in creating physical environments; Second, reshaping child-friendly cognition, strengthening listening and response mechanisms, and implementing tiered empowerment to consolidate competence in creating psychological environments; Third, innovating institutional safeguards by promoting flexible daily schedules, building home – kindergarten – community collaboration, and establishing teaching research support systems. These measures aim to transform rural kindergarten environments from “adult-dominated” to “child-co-constructed”, thereby improving quality and efficiency. 在“儿童友好”理念背景下,提升农村幼儿教师环境创设能力对促进教育公平具有重要意义。本文以粤北韶关农村幼儿园为对象,发现教师存在理念滞后、儿童视角缺失、乡土资源转化能力不足、安全与探究功能失衡等问题,根源在于认知更新滞后、经费投入不均及专业支撑体系缺位。为此,本文从三个方面提出提升路径:激活乡土资源,搭建材料库与特色空间,提升物质环境创设能力;重塑儿童友好认知,强化倾听回应与分层赋权,夯实心理环境创设能力;创新制度保障,推行弹性作息、构建家园社协同与教研支持体系,从而推动农村幼儿园环境从“成人主导”转向“儿童共建”,实现提质增效。
