Abstract:
The rapid development of artificial intelligence boosts the connotative development of higher education institutions and creates valuable opportunities for teaching reform across disciplines. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in traditional college English writing teaching and three major transformations required in current teaching reform. It then elaborates on sociocultural theory and explores its applicability to college English teaching in the AI era. Four integration approaches are proposed to enhance students’ learning outcomes through the in-depth combination of sociocultural theory and college English writing teaching. Finally, summarizes four evaluation principles for college English writing teaching empowered by artificial intelligence, namely comprehensiveness, data-driven orientation, developmental principle and multi-subject principle.
人工智能的快速发展,不仅推动了高校的内涵式发展,也为各学科探索教学改革提供了重要契机。本文首先分析了传统大学英语写作教学存在的问题和当前的大学英语写作教学改革要实现的三大转变;接着介绍了社会文化理论,并分析了将社会文化理论运用到人工智能背景下的大学英语教学的可行性;提出了人工智能背景下社会文化理论与大学英语写作教学的深度融合促进学生学习效果的四条路径,最后提出了人工智能背景下大学英语写作教学的评价原则,即全面性、数据驱动、发展性和多元主体四项原则。
