新时代高校心理委员胜任力提升路径研究——基于以德育心与朋辈教育视角

  • Abstract: As the grassroots core force of the four-level mental health education network in colleges and universities — “school, department, class, and dormitory” — the class psychological committee members play a key role in putting the teach morality to cultivate the mind idea into practice and carrying out peer psychological support. In the context of college students’ mental health needs becoming more diverse and the pressure of preventing mental crises continuing to increase, relying only on a few full-time mental health teachers at schools makes it hard to meet students’ needs. So, improving the competence of mental health committee members has become an important way to enhance the mental health education system in universities. This article takes moral cultivation of the mind as the guiding value and peer education as the practical approach. It looks at the common challenges in building psychology committees in universities, analyzes the core elements that make a psychology committee member competent, and addresses real issues like unclear roles, weak professional skills, loose management and assessment, and low work motivation. The goal is to help psychology committee members move from passively doing their duties to actively providing services, shift from routine tasks to professional roles, effectively improve peer psychological counseling, strengthen early warning systems for mental health crises, and promote students’ overall physical and mental health as well as all-round development. 心理委员作为高校“学校—院系—班级—宿舍”四级心理健康教育网络的基层核心力量,是落实以德育心育人理念、开展朋辈心理互助工作的关键载体。在新时代大学生心理健康需求日益多元、心理失衡预防压力持续加大的背景下,仅靠学校少数专职心理健康教师,难以保障全体学生的需求。在此背景下,提升心理委员胜任力,成为完善高校心理育人体系的重要抓手。本文以以德育心为价值引领,以朋辈教育为实践路径,结合当前高校心理委员队伍建设存在的普遍困境,深入剖析心理委员胜任力的核心构成要素,破解心理委员职责定位模糊、专业能力薄弱、管理考核松散、工作动力不足等现实问题,推动心理委员从被动履职向主动服务转变、从事务性工作岗位向专业化服务角色转型,切实增强高校朋辈心理辅导实效,夯实心理失衡预警防线,促进大学生身心健康成长与综合素养全面发展。
