高校智慧体育育人成效转化的证据链断裂与行动闭环重构

  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of the simultaneous strengthening of educational digitalization and the educational mission of university physical education, the development of smart physical education is confronted with a practical tension: sustained growth in technological investment has not been matched by stable gains in the transformation of educational outcomes. Drawing on educational ecology and socio-technical systems theory, and employing literature review and theoretical analysis, this study conceptualizes university smart physical education as an educational ecosystem composed of four layers: value objectives, scenarios, support conditions, and governance. On this basis, an analytical framework is constructed. The findings indicate that the transformation of university smart physical education from technological deployment to educational outcome generation depends on the joint support of three mechanisms: closed-loop operation, collaborative coupling, and sustained generation. The major barriers to this transformation are concentrated at four critical interfaces: value translation, evidence recirculation, responsibility closure, and motivation maintenance. Accordingly, this study proposes corresponding directions for remediation, including value alignment, chain integration, governance optimization, and motivational support, so as to illuminate the key mechanism conditions through which university smart physical education can move from instrumental add-on to closed-loop education. 教育数字化与高校体育育人责任协同强化背景下,智慧体育建设面临技术投入与育人成效提升之间,尚未形成稳定的正向关联。本文基于教育生态学与社会技术系统理论,运用文献资料法与理论分析法,将高校智慧体育界定为由价值目标层、场景层、支撑层与治理层构成的教育生态系统,并据此构建分析框架。研究表明,高校智慧体育由技术建设走向育人成效转化,有赖于闭环运行、协同耦合与持续生成三类机理的共同支撑,其受阻主要是价值转译、证据回流、责任闭合与动力维持四类关键接口。并提出价值对齐、链条贯通、治理优化与动力支持等修复方向,揭示高校智慧体育由工具叠加走向闭环育人的关键机制条件。
