Abstract:
The development of new quality productive forces constitutes the core driver for advancing high-quality economic development in China. As the core human resources underpinning the growth of new quality productive forces, the self-cultivation capacity of top-notch innovative talents directly determines the effectiveness of China’s breakthroughs in key core technologies and the construction quality of its modern industrial system. Various science and innovation competitions held in universities serve as a vital platform for implementing practical education and reserving young innovative talent reserves, as well as a critical link coordinating the integrated development of education, science and technology, and human resources. They boast unique educational value in tapping students’ innovative potential, refining their fundamental research literacy, boosting interdisciplinary integration, and aligning training with real market and industrial demands. This paper sorts out prominent practical dilemmas restricting the cultivation of topnotch innovative talents via science and innovation competitions at the current stage, including utilitarian involution within competitions, disconnection between competition agendas and industrial research, insufficient investment in interdisciplinary training, and backward talent evaluation systems. It proposes a systematic set of improvement strategies from multiple dimensions: reshaping educational orientation, advancing the integration of industry, competition and research, optimizing teaching teams, reconstructing evaluation systems, and strengthening cultural empowerment. An integrated training model for top-notch innovative talents is constructed, covering competition-based enlightenment, in-depth scientific research, and industrial transformation. The research provides theoretical references and practical approaches for universities to implement special programs for cultivating top-notch innovative talents, deepen the connotative reform of higher education, and drive the upgrading of new quality productive forces via high-quality talent supply.
发展新质生产力是推动我国经济高质量发展的核心抓手,拔尖创新人才作为支撑新质生产力发展的核心人力要素,其自主培育水平直接决定我国关键核心技术攻关成效与现代化产业体系建设质量。高校各类科技创新赛事是落实实践育人、储备青年创新后备力量的重要载体,也是打通教育、科技、人才协同发展的关键纽带,在挖掘学生创新潜力、打磨基础科研素养、促进多学科交叉融合、对接市场产业真实需求等方面具备独特育人价值。本文梳理现阶段依托科创赛事开展拔尖创新型人才培育存在的竞赛功利化内卷、赛事内容与产业科研脱节、交叉学科培育力度不足、人才评价体系滞后等现实难题,从重塑育人导向、推动产赛研耦合、优化师资队伍、重构评价体系、强化文化赋能多个维度提出系统性改进方案,构建赛事启蒙、科研深耕、产业转化一体化拔尖创新型人才培育模式,为高校落地拔尖创新型人才培养专项计划、深化高等教育内涵式发展改革、以高质量人才供给助力新质生产力迭代升级提供理论参考与实践路径。
