• Abstract: Counselors and ideological and political course instructors are two key forces in universities for fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and talent. Establishing a collaborative education mechanism between these two groups is crucial to overcoming practical challenges in ideological and political education — such as the disconnection between theory and practice, and the separation between classroom instruction and daily life — and enhancing educational effectiveness. Based on the requirements of ideological and political education in universities in the new era, this paper systematically elaborates on the theoretical connotations of collaborative education and the role positioning of both parties, reviews domestic and international practices, analyzes current practical issues such as communication barriers, institutional gaps, fragmented resources, and lagging evaluation systems, and constructs a framework for the collaborative education mechanism from four dimensions: principles and objectives, organizational structure, resource integration, and support systems. It further explores four practical pathways — regular communication, innovative teaching models, co-construction of practice platforms, and diversified evaluation and incentives — and establishes a comprehensive, multi-dimensional assessment system covering the entire process. The study aims to promote complementary strengths and aligned efforts between counselors and ideological and political instructors, achieving deep integration between theoretical classroom instruction and daily ideological guidance, systematic value cultivation and personalized growth services, thereby providing theoretical references and practical solutions for building a holistic “grand ideological and political” education framework in higher education institutions. 辅导员与思政课教师是高校落实立德树人根本任务的两支关键力量。构建二者协同育人机制，对于破解思政教育中“理论与实践脱节、课堂与日常分离”的实践困境、提升育人实效具有重要意义。本文立足于新时代高校思想政治教育工作要求，系统阐释协同育人的理论内涵及两类主体的角色定位，梳理国内外协同育人的实践经验，剖析当前协同育人运行中存在的沟通壁垒、机制缺失、资源割裂、评价滞后等现实问题，从原则目标、组织架构、资源整合、保障体系四个维度构建协同育人机制框架，并探索常态化交流、教学模式创新、实践平台共建、多元评价激励四条实践路径，配套建立全过程、多维度的效果评估体系。研究旨在推动辅导员与思政课教师优势互补、同向发力，实现理论课堂教学与日常思想引导、系统性价值塑造与个性化成长服务的深度融合，为高校“大思政”育人格局建设提供理论参考与实践方案。
