• Abstract: This article examines the impact for artificial intelligence on talent cultivation in institutions of higher learning. Starting from an understanding of AI and a comprehensive overview of artificial intelligence, it clarifies the core objectives of talent cultivation in the era of AI, and offers several insights and recommendations on talent cultivation in institutions of higher learning in the age of AI. 本文从人工智能对高校人才培养所产生的影响视角出发，从认识人工智能及对人工智能的全面认知，阐明人工智能时代高校人才培养的核心目标，并提出人工智能时代高校人才培养的几点启示和建议。
