  • 摘要: 在素质教育背景下,进行专业综合改革要求在人才培养过程中应注重 培养为地方经济发展服务的创新型、应用型的个性化人才。导师制作为一种教 育制度,与学分制、班建制同为三大教育模式。对大学生实施导师制培养模式, 能直接有效实施个性化和差异性教育。导师通过其学科知识、教学经验、职业 生涯等知识和经验,对不同学涯阶段的大学生进行针对性引导,针对每个学生 不同的认知、心理特点,进行针对性的个性化教育。本文主要阐述了专业综合 改革背景下,导师制如何发挥作用、导师制实施的可能性以及导师制实施的阶 段性措施。
  • As an educational system, the tutorial system is the same as the credit system and the class system. The cultivation mode of the tutorial system for college students directly and effectively implement personalized and differentiated education. The tutor provides targeted guidance to college students who are not in the career stage, and carries out targeted personalized education according to each student's different cognitive and psychological characteristics by teaching experience, career and other knowledge and experience. This paper mainly expounds how to play the role of the tutorial system under the background of the comprehensive reform of the major, the possibility of the implementation of the tutorial system and the phased measures of the implementation of the tutorial system.
