军校藏族学员民族认同与职业认同的关系研究

• 摘要： 军校学员作为军队的未来，指挥人才的输出逐年增加，增强军人的职业认同感、培养军人的意识和价值观，应该从干部的摇篮——军校抓起。而军校藏族学员作为藏族中的一个比较优秀且特殊的群体，是未来推动藏区发展的中坚力量，他们对本民族未来的发展有着较为深刻的洞察与思考，有更强烈的民族归属感和责任感。因此考察军校藏族学员的民族认同和职业认同的关系既有理论意义，也有现实意义。本研究以180名不同军校的藏族学员为研究对象，采取问卷调查的方法，对其职业认同和民族认同的关系进行研究，发放问卷180份，回收有效问卷 169 份，通过调查发现军校藏族学员的民族认同和职业认同呈负相关的关系。结论:加强军人的职业使命感和职业荣誉感；加强思想政治教育提高学员的职业道德感增强中华民族责任感；优化学员自身的人格。
• Cadets are the future of the army, the output of commanding talents increase year by year. Therefore, the enhancement of military occupation identity, culture consciousness and modern values should be seized from the cadre’s cradle ——the military school . While the Tibetan Tibetan cadets as a relatively good cutting special group is the backbone to promote Tibetan development in the future, they have a more profound sentiment in the development of the nation in the future, they also have a strong national sense of belonging and sense of responsibility. Therefore, it is of theoretical significance and practical significance to study the relationship between ethnic identity and professional identity.In this study, 180 different schools of Tibetan students as the research object, we adopt the way of questionnaire survey. The study on the relationship between occupation and national identity. We put out 180 questionnaires, and 169 questionnaires were taken back. The study shows that the Tibetan students’ ethnic identity and occupation identity was negatively correlated. The results of the study are discussed and analyzed:To strengthen cadets’ professional mission and professional sense of honor；To strengthen cadets’ ideological and political education, improve their professional ethics and enhance their sense of responsibility of the Chinese nation；Optimize cadets' personality.
