空巢老人孤独感、社会支持与心理健康的关系研究

• 摘要： 目的：了解青海省西宁市地空巢老人孤独感、社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法：本研究采用《城市老年人心理健康量表》、《孤独感量表》和《领悟社会支持量表》作为研究工具，通过随机抽样选取西宁市四区共415名空巢老人作为研究对象，对西宁市空巢老人孤独感、社会支持与心理健康之间的关系进行了探讨和研究。结果：西宁市空巢老人孤独感与心理健康显著负相关，并对心理健康具有显著负向预测作用；社会支持与心理健康显著正相关，并对具有显著正向预测作用；社会支持与孤独感显著负相关，具有显著负向预测作用。西宁市空巢老人孤独感与社会支持对心理健康的多元回归方程显著，孤独感与社会支持可以联合解释心理健康变异量的21.1%。
• Objective: to understand the relationship between loneliness, social support and mental health of empty nest elderly in Xining City, Qinghai Province. Methods: 415 empty nest elderly in four districts of Xining city were selected by random sampling. The relationship among loneliness, social support and mental health of empty nest elderly in Xining city was studied. Results: loneliness and mental health of empty nest elderly in Xining city were negatively correlated, and had a significant negative predictive effect on mental health; social support and mental health werepositively correlated, and had a significant positive predictive effect; social support and loneliness were negatively correlated, and had a significant negative predictive effect. The multiple regression equation of loneliness and social support to mental health of empty nest elderly in Xining is significant. Loneliness and social support can jointly explain 21.1% of the variance of mental health.
