积极心理学运用于大学生思想政治教育的研究

• Abstract: Positive psychology is a science that focuses on the study of the positive qualities of people and promotes individual happiness. The theoretical need to consolidate the foundation of ideological and political education, the realistic dilemmas it faces, and the degree of agreement between the two provide the possibility for the integration of positive psychology into ideological and political education. By shaping good relationships, inspiring positive emotions; enriching teaching content, cultivating positive personality; cooperating with home-school society, shaping a positive environment, and applying positive psychology to ideological and political education has important practical value for improving the effect of ideological and political education. 积极心理学是一门以研究人的积极品质为主题，增进个体幸福的科学。思想政治教育夯实基础的理论需要及其所面临的现实困境，以及这两者之间契合度为积极心理学融入思想政治教育提供了可能。通过塑造良好关系，激发积极情绪；丰富教学内容，培养积极人格；协同家校社会，塑造积极环境，将积极心理学运用于思想政治教育，对于提升思想政治教育效果具有重要的实践价值。
