心理康复在智力残疾领域的发展和启示

• 摘要： 心理康复是智力残疾者康复的重要环节，直接关系着他们的生存质量。但是目前该领域的研究和实践还相对薄弱，智力残疾者的心理康复需求尚未得到充分满足。心理康复在此领域尚存在专业化诊断标准和效果评估工具滞后、干预方法的适用性和有效性不足、严重智力残疾者心理康复关注度低、知识普及和专业化培训匮乏以及研究和实践的伦理性等问题。本文提出了一些个人设想和思路，希望可以为促进行业发展，并最终为智力残疾者心理康复贡献绵薄之力。
• Mental rehabilitation is an important part of rehabilitation, which is directly related to the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities. However, the research and practice in this field is still relatively weak, and the mental rehabilitation needs of people with intellectual disabilities have not been fully met. There are still some problems in this field, such as the lag of professional diagnostic criteria andeffect evaluation tools, the lack of applicability and effectiveness of intervention methods, the low attention to psychological rehabilitation for people with severe mental disorders, the lack of knowledge popularization and specialized training, and the ethics of research and practice. Some personal ideas and ideas were put forward inthe hope of contributing to the development of the industry and eventually the mental rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities.
