当代大学新生心理健康状况调研及思考

• 摘要： 当代社会，大学生心理健康教育工作越来越需要重视，本研究以某学院为例，共选取了462 名2021 级新生为调研对象，发现他们在学业压力和就业压力方面感受到的压力最多，其次是人际关系困扰、学校适应困难和恋爱困扰，在性别、学科类型和是否独生方面也存在一定差异，希望通过此次调研可以为大学生心理健康教育工作提供一定参考价值。
• In contemporary society, more and more attention needs to be paid to the mental health education of college students. This study took a college as an example. A total of 462 freshmen in the 2021 grade were selected as the research subjects. They found that they felt the most pressure in terms of academic pressure and employment pressure. Secondly, there are interpersonal relationship problems, school adjustment difficulties, and love problems. There are also certain differences in gender, subject type and whether or not to be an only child. It is hoped that this survey can provide a certain reference value for the mental health education of college students.
