• Abstract: The study expounds the structural changes of hippocampus, basal ganglia and OFC and the existing mechanism of multiple personality in the physiological level of DID.; the psychological level is mainly the dissociation caused by the combination of attachment complex caused by childhood abuse in other three common cognitive models; the social level discusses the influence of family and society on the childhood and adulthood of DID patients, which will help analyze the formation mechanism of DID from the perspective of integration and put forward the corresponding treatment methods. 阐述DID 形成生理层面海马、基底神经节和OFC 的结构变化与多重人格的存在机制，心理层面主要是幼年时期虐待引发的依恋情结与其他三种普遍认知的相关模型相结合导致解离，社会层面以人际关系导向论述家庭和社会分别给DID 患者幼年和成年期的影响，从而以整合视角分析DID 形成机制并提出相应治疗方法。
