大一寝室长寝室关系与自我认知的现状调查研究——以文华学院为例

  • 摘要: 为了解寝室长任职动机、寝室长寝室关系满意度和自我认知的现状,本研究以自编寝室长基本情况问卷、寝室关系满意度评估、一般自我效能感问卷、个人评价问卷为调查工具,对文华学院641名大一寝室长进行数据分析,结果显示:大一寝室长在寝室关系满意度评估中分数较低,且独生子女寝室长对寝室关系满意度略低于非独生子女;一般自我效能感问卷、个人评价问卷得分呈现生源地效应;寝室关系满意度和一般自我效能感得分呈现显著正相关,且与个人评价得分呈现显著正相关。
  • In order to understand dorm leaders motivation and expectations for appointment, their satisfaction on the dorm-dorm relationship, and self-concept, this study used the self-compiled basic information questionnaire for dorm leaders, self-reported evaluation on the satisfaction of dorm relationship the general self-efficacy questionnaire, and the personal evaluation questionnaire as the survey tools. Data of 641 first-year dorm leaders in Wenhua College were collected and analyzed, Results indicated slightly low scores on the dorm relationship satisfaction evaluation for dorm leaders who were only children than those who were not; General self-efficacy questionnaire scores and individual evaluation questionnaire scores showed a birth of origin effect. Results further showed significant positive correlation between dorm relationship satisfaction and general self-efficacy scores, and between dormroom relationship satisfaction and personal evaluation scores.
