Abstract:
This paper mainly describes the Nordoff-Robbins music therapy, Orff music therapy, Guided
Imagery and Music and other schools of music therapy, as well as the application of music therapy.
Different music therapy schools have their own unique characteristics, but for most music therapy
schools, they emphasize the potential of visitors, and through the way of music can arouse people’s selfawareness,
so as to actively participate in music therapy.
主要阐述了音乐治疗中的诺多夫—罗宾斯音乐治疗、奥尔夫音乐治疗、引导性音乐想象等流派,以及音乐治疗的应用。不同的音乐治疗流派都有着自己独特的特点,但就大部分音乐治疗流派来说,他们更强调来访者的潜能的发挥,并且通过音乐的方式可以唤起人们的自我意识,从而积极参与到音乐治疗当中。
