  • 摘要: 本研究以预备役人员为研究对象,以职业认同、工作满意度与职业倦怠为研究内容,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、统计分析法和访谈法等研究方法,考察了预备役人员职业认同、工作满意度与职业倦怠的现状及特点,探究了预备役人员职业认同、工作满意度与职业倦怠的内在联系。本研究的主要结论有:(1)预备役人员的职业认同、工作满意度和职业倦怠分别在性别、年龄、工龄、婚姻状况、学历和月收入上存在显著差异;(2)预备役人员的职业认同、工作满意度和职业倦怠存在显著相关;(3)预备役人员职业认同对工作满意度有正向预测作用。
  • This study takes reservists as the research object, and takes occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout as the research content. Research methods such as the literature analysis, the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and interview are adopted. The present situation and characteristics of occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of reservists are investigated. And explore the relationship between reservists’ occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) The occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of reservists have significant differences in gender, age, the working age, marital status, educational background and monthly income; (2) The occupational identity, job satisfaction and job burnout of reservists are significantly correlated; (3) Occupational identity of reservists has a positive predictive effect on job satisfaction.
