摘要：心理咨询在国内近年来呈现突飞猛进的发展势头，但各地区的发展程度和水平并不相同，本研究立足于青藏高原地区心理咨询发展的现状，利用问卷调查的方法，了解青藏高原地区居民对心理咨询的需求程度，进而对其特点进行分析，探讨青藏高原地区心理咨询未来的发展趋势，就目前存在的问题给出了相应的发展建议和对策。
Psychological counseling has developed rapidly in China in recent years, but the degree and level of development in different regions are not the same. Based on the development status of psychological counseling in the Tibetan Plateau region, this study uses the method of questionnaire survey to understand the degree of demand for psychological counseling of residents in the Tibetan Plateau region, and then analyzes its characteristics. This paper probes into the future development trend of psychological counseling in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and gives corresponding development suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems.
