Abstract:
It is of great significance to study the performance and factors of job burnout of young police
in Jiangsu Province for the construction of police team and the improvement of work efficiency. Study
to interview way to carry out empirical research, based on 20 interview material, grounded theory is
adopted to improve the construction dimension, using NVivo12 to analyze the interview material, found
that young police job burnout status of Jiangsu province contains “boredom”, “lack of career vision”,
“depersonalization” three dimensions, both the life predicament difficult to break through, the decline of
mental resilience makes the young police feel “high job demanding”, which becomes an important factor
causing “boredom”. At the same time, the “lack of work value” in the work process perception and the job
evaluation perception is an important factor causing the “lack of career vision”. The “poor job support”
caused by the insufficient support of internal tension and external elasticity in daily work is an important
factor that causes “depersonalization”.
研究江苏省青年民警职业倦怠的表现情况和产生因素对于公安队伍建设、提高工作效能具有重大意义。研究以访谈方式开展实证研究,基于20份访谈材料,采用扎根理论进行维度建构,使用NVivo12对访谈材料进行分析,发现江苏省青年民警职业倦怠现状包含“厌倦感”“缺乏职业憧憬”“人格解体”三个维度,青年民警既有生活困境难以突破,心理韧性衰退使得该群体感觉“工作苛责性高”,成为引发“厌倦感”的重要因素;同时工作过程性体悟以及工作评价性体悟中的“工作价值缺失”是引起“缺乏职业憧憬”重要因素;而日常工作中的内在张力和外置弹力的支撑作用不足导致的“工作支持度差”是引起“人格解体”的重要因素。
