Abstract:
This study explores the burnout of early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province in the postepidemic
prevention and control period, analyses the influencing factors and proposes some suggestions
to alleviate burnout. In this study, 161 early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province were measured
using the Early Childhood Teacher Burnout Questionnaire. Results: (1) Early childhood teachers’
burnout in Jiangxi Province is at the lower end of the medium range, and from the three dimensions of
subordination, early childhood teachers in Jiangxi Province have the highest level of emotional exhaustion
score, followed by low achievement and the lowest dehumanization score; (2) Burnout among teachers
in Jiangxi Province differs significantly in terms of age, teaching age, nature of the school, location of
the school, income level and length of working hours; Conclusion burnout is widespread, with teachers
experiencing more severe burnout on the emotional exhaustion dimension, lower levels of burnout on the
low achievement dimension, and no significant burnout on the de-personalization dimension.
探讨后疫情防控时期下江西省幼儿教师职业倦怠的状况,分析其中的影响因素并提出一些缓解职业倦怠的建议。本研究采用幼儿教师职业倦怠问卷对江西省161名幼儿教师进行实测。结果:(1)江西省幼儿教师职业倦怠处于中等偏下,从下属的三个维度上看,江西省幼儿教师的情感衰竭水平得分最高,其次是低成就感,去个性化得分最低;(2)江西省教师的职业倦怠在年龄、教龄、园所性质、幼儿园所在地、收入水平、工作时长上存在显著差异;结论:江西省幼儿教师的职业倦怠普遍存在,教师在情感衰竭维度上的倦怠程度较为严重,在低成就感维度上的倦怠水平较低,在去个性化维度上不存在明显的职业倦怠。
