  • 摘要: 根据相关调查,中国青少年受不良情绪困扰的现象越来越普遍,本文探讨了现实生活中阻碍青少年感受幸福的四个因素:教育内卷,过度竞争,嫉妒和孤独,以及“提线木偶”式的青少年经历情感隔离。针对这四个因素,文章提出了从四个方面去引导青少年感受生活中的幸福。这四个方面是:(1)多参加合作性的团体活动;(2)多参加体育运动;(3)构建社会支持系统;(4)父母和青少年在家庭系统中双向运用共情技术。青春期是情绪和感受敏感的时期,又身处快速发展中的大环境,如何正确引导青少年,需要考验家长和社会的智慧。
  • According to some related investigations, Chinese teenagers are disturbed by negative emotionsand affects more and more commonly. This dissertation discusses four aspects of why the teenagers arenot easy to feel happy: education involution, hyper-competition, jealousy and loneliness, isolation (ofaffect) like a puppet. Accordingly, this dissertation arises four efforts to guide the teenagers to feel happyin daily life, such as: (1) Attend cooperative group activities; (2) Participate in sports; (3) Build sociallysupportive system; (4) Operate empathy in family education. The teenagers are in a special stage of affectsensitivity, as well as the quickly developing society, so how to guide the teenagers need intelligence andefforts.
