• 摘要： 自伤是一种复杂的行为，通常发生在青春期，在青少年当中具有高发性和危险性，自伤已成为当今社会关注的一个重要公共卫生问题。家庭在个体成长的过程中扮演着重要的角色，家庭收入、父母受教育水平、家庭结构、父母关系、亲子关系、父母的教育卷入等是青少年自伤行为的重要影响因素。提倡青少年自我关照、加强父母养育指导、提升父母心理健康素养水平、重视家校联合、切实发挥家长课堂的作用、注重社区支持和帮扶对预防和减少青少年自伤行为有重要作用。
• Self-injury is a complex behavior that usually occurs during adolescence, and is highlyprevalent and dangerous among adolescents. Self-injury has become an important public health issuein today, s society. Family plays an important role in the process of individual growth. Family income,parental education level, family structure, parental relationship, parent-child relationship, and parentalinvolvement in education are important influencing factors for adolescent selfinjury behavior. Advocatingadolescent selfcare, strengthening parenting guidance, improving parents’ mental health literacy,emphasizing homeschool cooperation, giving full play to the role of parent classrooms, and focusing oncommunity support and assistance play an important role in preventing and reducing adolescent selfinjurybehavior.
