社会生态系统理论下应届毕业生心理健康问题探索

• 摘要： 现阶段，我国经济实力的不断增强和经济结构的不断优化，使我国经济正处于快速发展阶段，在社会快速转型时期下，人们的生活节奏也随之加快，社会竞争压力也不断加剧，尤其是应届毕业生面临着论文写作和就业两大压力，心理问题更是层出不穷。因此，本文通过问卷调查的方式，对应届毕业生的心理健康问题进行分析，并运用生态系统理论，从个人、家庭、学校、社会等多个层面分析应届毕业生产生心理问题的原因，以此来探讨应届毕业生心理健康问题的解决路径，帮助其改善心理健康问题，促进全面发展。
• At present, the economic strength of our country and the continuous optimization of economicstructure, so that the economy of our country is in a stage of rapid development, under the period ofrapid social transition, people's pace of life also accelerated, social competition pressure is increasing,especially this graduate is facing two pressures of writing paper and employment, psychological problemshave emerged in endlessly. Therefore, through questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the mental healthproblems of fresh graduates, and uses ecosystem theory to analyze the causes of psychological problemsof fresh graduates from individual, family, school, society and other aspects, so as to explore the solutionpath of mental health problems of fresh graduates, help them improve mental health problems andpromote all-round development.
