大学生即时满足感与低欲望心理相关研究

• 摘要： 我国近年来逐渐呈现低欲望化趋势，随着短视频的风靡，作为青年代表的大学生普遍呈现出即时满足心理，本研究通过文献分析法和问卷法试图探究当代大学生对短视频的使用情况以及对低欲望、即时满足感的态度。通过调查问卷分析，大学生短视频成瘾情况与即时满足心理呈显著正相关（r=0.59），即时满足心理与低欲望水平呈显著正相关（r=0.558）。最后，本研究根据现状从多角度提出对策，提高社会关注度，引导大学生积极健康发展，促进社会进步。
• China has been showing a low-desire trend this year, with the popularity of short videos, as ayouth representative of college students generally show instant gratification, this study attempts to explorethe use of short video and the attitude of low desire and instant satisfaction of contemporary collegestudents through literature analysis and questionnaire. According to the questionnaire analysis, therewas a significant positive correlation between short video addiction and instant gratification (r=0.59),and between instant gratification and low desire (r=0.558). Finally, according to the present situation, thestudy puts forward countermeasures from various angles to raise the social concern, guide the collegestudents to develop actively and healthily, and promote social progress.
