• 摘要： 本文对高水平乒乓球运动员竞技运动技能、战术、心理若干训练方案及人才建设进行深入细致地探讨和研究，以提升他们的技、战术意识和心理素质为目的。研究结果表明，中国运动员“遇强越强，遇弱更强”的技术风格与日本运动员“遇强不弱”，“遇弱不强”的技术风格是截然不同，高下立判。结论：理念决定成败。
• This article conducts in-depth and detailed exploration and research on several trainingprograms and talent construction for high-level table tennis players in terms of competitive sports skills,tactics, and psychology, with the aim of improving their technical, tactical awareness, and psychologicalquality. The research results indicate that the technical style of Chinese athletes, who are stronger whenfaced with strength and stronger when faced with weakness, is completely different from that of Japaneseathletes, who are not weak when faced with strength and not strong when faced with weakness, It is clearwho wins and who loses. Conclusion: Ideas determine success or failure.
