Abstract:
This study used mindfulness state questionnaire, state anxiety Scale and self-designed group feedback questionnaire to test the intervention effect of single group counseling of expressive art therapy organized by the peers of 30 college students in a sports university in Wuhan. The study found that group intervention can significantly reduce the level of state anxiety and improve the level of mindfulness of group participants. The study results also showed that group participants had higher group satisfaction with group counseling of expressive art therapy. Therefore, this study confirms that expressive art therapy has significant application value in improving emotional state in the single group counseling of college students, and puts forward targeted suggestions for the promotion of this field.
本研究采用正念状态问卷、状态焦虑量表以及自编团体反馈问卷,对30名武汉市某体育高校大学生参与的由大学生朋辈组织的表达性艺术治疗单次团体心理辅导的干预效果进行检验。研究发现,团体干预后能够显著降低团体参与者的状态焦虑水平并提升其正念状态水平,研究结果还显示,团体参与者对于表达性艺术治疗团体心理辅导有较高的团体满意度。因此,本研究证实了表达性艺术治疗在大学生朋辈单次团体心理辅导中在改善情绪状态层面具有显著的应用价值,并对该领域的推广提出有针对性的建议。
