Abstract:
This study used the Psychological Capital Scale, College Student Employment Anxiety Scale, and Self Esteem Scale to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and employment anxiety among 440 college students, and further explore the mediating role of self-esteem. Result: (1) Psychological capital is significantly negatively correlated with work anxiety, significantly positively correlated with self-esteem, and positively correlated with work anxiety. (2) Psychological capital indirectly affects work anxiety through self-esteem. The results of this study will help students directly alleviate work-related anxiety by increasing psychological capital, and improve self-esteem by increasing psychological funding.
为探讨心理资本与大学生就业焦虑的关系,并深入研究自尊在其中的中介作用,本研究采用问卷调查法,运用心理资本量表、大学生就业焦虑量表和自尊量表对440名大学生展开调查。结果表明:(1)心理资本和就业焦虑之间呈显著负相关,心理资本与自尊呈显著正相关,自尊与就业焦虑呈显著负相关;(2)心理资本通过自尊的中介作用间接影响就业焦虑。本研究的结果将帮助大学生通过增加心理资本直接缓解就业焦虑,并且可以通过增加心理资本来提高自尊缓解就业焦虑,对大学生的就业指导和心理健康等方面具有一定的启示意义。
