大学生需要什么样的心理健康科普资源?——基于大学生认知的扎根分析

What Kind of Mental Health Popular Science Resources do College Students Need? —A Grounded Analysis based on College Students’ Cognition

  • Abstract: To address the question of “What are the most important characteristics of mental health popular science resources?”, an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted among 778 college students. Based on the grounded theory research paradigm, the qualitative texts collected were coded at three levels, leading to the following conclusions: (1)The most prominent features of “mental health popular science resources” are 13 in total, namely “vivid and interesting”, “useful”, “close to life”, “easy to understand”, “authentic”, “practical”, “attractive”, “universal”, “healthy”, “positive”, “participatory”, “interactive”, and “in line with interests”. (2) The features that “mental health popular science resources” should possess can ultimately be summarized into three major aspects: “content features”, “form features”, and “dissemination features”. 围绕“心理健康科普资源最重要的特征有哪些”这一问题,本研究对778名大学生开展了开放式问卷调查。基于扎根理论研究范式,对收集来的质性文本进行三级编码,形成如下结论:(1)“心理健康科普资源”最主要的特征有13个,分别为“生动有趣”“有用”“贴近生活”“易懂”“真实”“切合实际”“吸引人”“普遍性”“健康”“积极”“参与性”“互动性”“符合兴趣”。(2)“心理健康科普资源”应具有的特征,最终可归纳为“内容特征”“形式特征”“传播特征”三大方面。
