  • Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of system theory, this study focuses on the systematic construction of college counselors’ professional psychological quality. By deconstructing counselors’ professional psychological quality into four functional subsystems: personal core system, environmental system, organizational system and social system, a relevant analysis model is constructed. Based on the field of counselors’ work practice, this study deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons that hinder the development of their professional mentality, professional ability and professional will, and puts forward the path to improve counselors’ professional psychological quality based on the holistic, collaborative, dynamic and open views of system theory. 本研究基于系统论的理论框架,聚焦高校辅导员职业心理素质的系统性建构。通过将辅导员职业心理素质解构为个人核心系统、环境系统、组织系统及社会系统四大功能性子系统,构建具有关联性的分析模型。研究立足辅导员工作实践场域,深入剖析其职业心态、职业能力、职业意志发展受阻的深层次原因,从而基于系统论的整体性、协同性、动态性、开放性观点,提出辅导员职业心理素质提升的破境路径。
