Abstract:
This study takes a university in Southwest China as an example and uses a questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of college students ‘mental health literacy. The results show that the overall level of mental health literacy is medium to low, with high scores in terms of knowledge and conceptual dimensions of mental health and mental illness, attitude to maintaining mental health, and low scores in terms of attitude to dealing with mental illness, behaviors and skills in dealing with mental illness and maintaining mental health. The overall level of mental health literacy of girls is significantly higher than that of boys, and urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students. There are significant differences in mental health literacy of students in different disciplines and grades. The overall level of mental health literacy of poor students is significantly lower than that of average and good family finances student. The results suggest that in the future mental health education work, knowledge and concepts of mental health and mental diseases need to be continuously promoted, and more in-depth education methods need to be explored in terms of attitudes towards mental diseases and coping skills. In addition, there are significant differences in mental health literacy among students of different genders, economic income, grades, etc., and mental health education needs to be carried out in layers, categories, and diversified methods.
本研究以西南地区某高校为例,采用问卷调查的方法,了解大学生心理健康素养的现状。结果表明,心理健康素养总体水平中等偏低,在心理健康和心理疾病的知识和观念维度、维护心理健康的态度方面得分较高,在应对心理疾病的态度、应对心理疾病和维护心理健康的行为和技能方面得分较低。女生的心理健康素养整体水平显著高于男生,城镇学生显著高于农村学生,不同学科、不同年级的学生心理健康素养状态有显著差异,贫困学生心理健康素养整体水平显著低于家庭经济一般及良好的学生。结果提示,在未来的心理健康教育工作中,心理健康和心理疾病的知识和观念需要持续进行科普宣传,在对心理疾病的态度和应对技能素养方面,需探索更深入的教育方式。另外,不同性别、经济收入、年级等学生的心理健康素养存在显著差异,需要分层分类采用多样化方式进行心理健康教育。
