高危学生个案管理:高校心理健康教育中心模式

  • Abstract: The number and proportion of high-risk students in colleges and universities in China are gradually increasing, and they are in great need of a psychological services what could provide the integration of multi-helping resources as well as the effective method and process for them. The purpose of this study was explored the feasibility and availability of case management program for high-risk students in the model of college counseling center.The subjects of this study were the counseling center of one normal university as the experimental group and that of another normal university as control group in Zhejiang. The measures were CIPP evaluation which were included context, input, process and product-evaluation , and the Burnout Scale of Chinese psychological Counseling and Therapy Professionals, as well as the Satisfaction Interview Questionnaire of Psychological Service. The results of this study were showed that the project of case management could be fit for the needs of the counseling center, high-risk students and school counselors of college effectively by the CIPP evaluation, and the stress of school counselors were decreased significantly as well as the high-risk students were satisfied with the psychological services of the experimental group. The discussions and suggestions of this study were provided. 我国高校的高危学生人数和比例在逐年增加,亟需一个能整合多方助人资源且有效能的心理服务。本研究目的是针对高校的高危学生构建一个心理健康教育中心模式的个案管理方案,并对方案的实施过程和效果进行评估。研究以浙江省某高校的心理健康教育中心为实验组,并以省内另一所规模和性质相近的高校为对照组进行比较。研究结果发现,依据CIPP评估,实验组在背景、输入、过程和成果各阶段评估的大多数项目中都获得评估专家的认可;方案实施后,实验组的咨询教师在专业人员枯竭量表总分及身心疲惫分量表的得分显著下降;接受访谈的大多数高危学生对心理健康服务感到满意。研究结果表明高校心理健康教育中心的个案管理模式是帮助高危学生的有效措施,基于此,本研究提出讨论和建议。
