Abstract:
At present, efforts are being made to continuously explore and improve the social and psychological service system for teenagers, with the aim of enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of the services. This study employed the Adolescent Psychological Service Access Scale, the Basic Psychological Needs Scale, the Self-esteem Scale, and the Chinese Middle School Students’ Mental Health Scale to survey 4,982 middle school students in county areas. The structural equation model was used to explore the relationship and mechanism of action between psychological service access and mental health. The findings revealed that the higher the degree of psychological service access, the lower the levels of depression, anxiety, and academic pressure among middle school students in rural areas, and the higher their subjective well-being. Basic psychological needs and self-esteem played both individual and chain mediating roles between psychological service access and mental health, including depression, anxiety, academic pressure, and subjective well-being. The research results highlight the importance of access to psychological services for the mental health of middle school students in rural areas and provide guidance for the development of social and psychological services, as well as the promotion of students’ mental health literacy in these areas.
当前正持续探索完善面向青少年的社会心理服务体系建设,以提升服务的精准性和有效性。本研究采用青少年心理服务获得量表、基本心理需求量表、自尊量表和中国中学生心理健康量表,对4982名县域中学生进行调查,并运用结构方程模型探讨心理服务获得与心理健康的关系及作用机制。研究发现,心理服务获得程度越高,县域中学生抑郁、焦虑和学习压力越低,主观幸福感越高;基本心理需求和自尊在心理服务获得与心理健康(包括抑郁、焦虑、学习压力及主观幸福感)间起到了单独与链式中介作用。研究结果揭示了心理服务获得对县域中学生心理健康的重要意义,为县域社会心理服务开展及学生心理健康素养培育提供参考。
