一例青少年自我认同问题引发的抑郁情绪治疗干预报告

  • Abstract: Depressive mood is one of the common psychological disorders among adolescents and minors at present. Based on Erikson’s theory of adolescent identity crisis and clinical counseling practice, it is speculated that the occurrence of identity crisis may affect the emergence of depressive emotions. Based on existing research on the consistency between implicit and explicit self-identity, the visitor was assessed using the SIS and SDS questionnaires. Integrative psychotherapy methods (including psychodynamic techniques such as “House-Tree-Person” and cognitivebehavioral therapy) were used in the intervention to enhance self-identity, thereby effectively treating depressive emotions. 抑郁情绪是目前青少年未成年人常见的心理障碍之一,根据埃里克森的青少年自我认同危机理论以及临床咨询实践推测,出现自我认同危机会影响抑郁情绪的产生。依据已有研究自我认同内隐与外显的一致性,让来访者使用SIS、SDS问卷评估,通过整合心理治疗方法(精神分析、“房树人”、认知行为疗法等心理治疗技术)进行干预,以提高自我认同来有效改善抑郁情绪。
