  • Abstract: This study validated the efficacy of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in enhancing learning engagement among 1,853 students from private universities. Cluster analysis identified low-engagement subgroups for intervention. The SFBT group showed significant improvements in cognitive strategies, social interactions (p<0.001), motivation (p=0.048), and overall engagement (p=0.019), highlighting SFBT’s alignment with developmental needs and the critical role of interpersonal dynamics in digital-era education. 以S省民办高校1853名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查与团体心理辅导相结合的混合研究方法,考察焦点解决短期治疗(SFBT)技术对提升大学生学习投入的干预效果。基于学习投入水平的聚类分析,将样本划分为四类,选取低投入与较低投入群体作为被试。数据显示,实验组在深层认知策略、师生互动、同伴互动(p<0.001)、学习热情(p=0.048)及学习投入总分(p=0.019)上,均显著提升,且显著优于对照组,尤以社会性互动维度改善最为突出。结果表明,SFBT技术契合大学生发展性心理需求,能够为学业发展提供有效支持。同时,在数字时代背景下,真实人际互动在育人过程中的不可替代性凸显。
