Abstract:
This study explores innovative practices in mental health education through the “1245N” model. Drawing from the Fengqiao Experience, this framework focuses on peer psychological support as its foundation while enhancing students ‘overall mental resilience. It establishes both online and offline platforms, improves a four-tier crisis earlywarning system, integrates moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education with psychological development, and develops N distinctive mental health initiatives. This comprehensive approach creates a zero-contact mental health education model that addresses multiple dimensions to holistically improve students’ psychological well-being.
本研究围绕心理健康工作开展了实践创新探索,提出“1245N”心理健康教育工作模式。该模式借鉴“枫桥经验”,以朋辈心理互助为切入点,以全面提升学生心理素质为主线,搭建线上与线下两个平台,完善四级危机预警机制,推进五育与心理教育融合,打造N个心理育人特色活动,构建起全方位、多维度、零距离的心理健康教育模式,从而全面促进学生的身心健康,同时为其他高校开展相关工作提供有益借鉴。
