  • Abstract: This study aims to explore the practical paths and core values of integrating the art therapy elements in China’s ethnic minority cultures into the mental health education system of colleges and universities. China’s “diverse yet integrated” ethnic pattern has given rise to rich and profound ethnic minority cultural resources. Among them, traditional music, dance, painting and ritual activities contain unique art therapy values and play a positive role in promoting emotional expression and psychological adjustment. This paper integrates the art therapy elements in ethnic minority cultures into the mental health education system of colleges and universities from the dimensions of curriculum construction, psychological counseling practice and campus cultural activities. The research shows that this integrated model is not only expected to improve the mental health level of college students, but also help enhance their cultural identity and sense of ethnic belonging, thus providing a new support path for cultivating young people with cultural confidence in the new era. This exploration not only provides innovative ideas for the mental health education work in colleges and universities, but also opens up new ways for the contemporary inheritance and practical application of ethnic minority cultures. 本研究旨在探索中国少数民族文化中的艺术治疗元素融入高校心理育人体系的实践路径与核心价值。我国“多元一体”的民族格局,孕育了底蕴深厚、形态丰富的少数民族文化资源。其中,传统音乐、舞蹈、绘画及仪式活动等蕴含独特的艺术治疗价值,对促进情绪表达、助力心理调适具有积极作用。本文从课程建设、心理辅导实践与校园文化活动等维度,将少数民族文化中的艺术治疗元素融入高校心理育人体系。研究表明,这一整合模式不仅有望提升大学生的心理健康水平,还有助于增强其文化认同感与民族归属感,从而为培养具有文化自信的新时代青年提供新的支持路径。该探索既为高校心理育人工作提供了创新思路,也为少数民族文化的当代传承与实践应用开辟了新途径。
