Abstract:
In modern society, the use of mobile phones has penetrated into every aspect of daily life, bringing considerable convenience to life, but it also has an impact on health. On the basis of the above, this study took first- and second-year physical education undergraduate students as the research subjects, mainly conducted quantitative research, and used SPSS 26 as the analysis tool to explore the impact of weekly mobile phone use hours on their perceived health. The study results revealed that: (1) There was little difference in the self-assessment of health among first-year physical education undergraduates, but there was a significant difference among second-year physical education undergraduates. (2) The perceived health of different grades physical education students showed significant differences in the dimension of “life adaptation”. (3) The longer the weekly mobile phone use time was, the worse the self-assessed health of college students majoring in physical education would be, and the worse their self-perceived health outcomes would be. (4) The correlation between the weekly mobile phone use hours of college students majoring in physical education and their self-assessed health and perceived health showed changes, and the dimensions of perceived health were highly positively correlated with each other.
