父母低头行为与中学生心理韧性的关系:感恩的中介作用

  • Abstract: Objective: To analyze the interrelationships among parental phubbing, gratitude, and resilience among secondary school students, and to explore the mediating role of gratitude between parental phubbing and resilience. Methods: A survey was conducted on 1,337 secondary school students in Anhui, Jiangsu, and Hunan provinces using the Parental Phubbing Scale, Adolescent Gratitude Scale, and Adolescent Resilience Scale. Results: (1) Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between parental phubbing and resilience (r =-0.40, p<0.01), and a significant negative correlation between parental phubbing and gratitude (r = -0.14, p< 0.01). Gratitude showed a significant positive correlation with resilience (r=0.44, p<0.01). (2) Mediational analysis indicated that gratitude partially mediated the relationship between parental phubbing and resilience among secondary school students, accounting for 15.00% of the total effect. Conclusion: Parental phubbing not only directly impacts resilience among secondary school students but also indirectly weakens it by reducing their levels of gratitude. 目的:分析中学生的父母低头行为、感恩与心理韧性三者之间的相互关系,并探索感恩在父母低头行为与心理韧性之间的中介作用。方法:采用父母低头行为量表、青少年感恩量表、青少年心理韧性量表对安徽、江苏、湖南三省的1337名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析结果显示,中学生父母低头行为与心理韧性之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.40,p<0.01),与感恩之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.14,p<0.01);感恩与心理韧性之间存在显著正相关(r=0.44,p<0.01)。(2)中介分析表明,感恩在父母低头行为和中学生心理韧性之间起到了部分中介作用,占总效应的15.00%。结论:父母低头行为不仅直接影响中学生的心理韧性,还能通过降低中学生的感恩水平来间接削弱心理韧性。
