Social Exclusion from the Rejector’s Perspective

• Abstract: In recent years, social exclusion has garnered widespread attention from scholars across multiple disciplines. However, most of these studies have focused on the targets of exclusion, with relatively little research addressing the rejectors. This paper adopts the perspective of the rejector, analyzing the causes of rejection behavior from four aspects: cognition, thought patterns, motivation, and personality, and elaborates on the impact of rejection behavior on the rejectors themselves. Future research could construct a multi-level theoretical model integrating cognition, mindset, motivation, and personality to systematically explain the causes of rejection behavior and its underlying neural mechanisms, thereby proposing intervention methods. 近年来，社会排斥引起了多个学科学者的广泛关注。然而，这些研究大多聚焦于受排斥者，较少关注排斥者。本文从排斥者视角切入，从其认知、思维模式、动机与人格四个角度分析排斥行为产生的原因，并阐述排斥行为对排斥者本身的影响。未来研究可以构建一个融合认知、思维、动机与人格的多层次理论模型，系统阐述排斥行为产生的原因及其脑机制，并据此提出干预方法。
