五音合唱对本科学生情绪智力影响的实验研究

  • Abstract: Numerous studies have demonstrated that emotional intelligence not only directly influences the mental health of university students but also serves as a crucial factor for personal success. Therefore, this study explored whether five-element music chorus can promote the improvement of university students’ emotional intelligence through an experimental research on five-element chorus. The results showed that five-element chorus not only significantly enhanced the overall level of university students’ emotional intelligence but also exerted a positive effect on such dimensions as the ability to assess and express one’s own emotions, the ability to recognize and evaluate others’ emotions, the ability to manage one’s own emotions, and the ability to utilize emotions. 许多研究表明,情绪智力直接影响大学生的心理健康,更是个体成功的重要因素。本研究通过五音合唱的实验研究,探索五音合唱是否能促进大学生情绪智力的提升。结果显示,五音合唱不仅能促进大学生情绪智力整体水平显著提升,且在自我情绪的评估与表达能力、对他人情绪的识别和评估能力、自我情绪管理能力、情绪运用能力等维度均具有积极作用。
