Abstract:
Based on the concept of “Three-All Education”, this paper explores the path to enhance the Career Self-Efficacy of hearing-impaired college students. 450 hearing-impaired college students from a certain university in Tianjin were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Career Self-Efficacy Scale. It was found that the overall Career Self-Efficacy of hearing-impaired college students was at a medium level, and there were certain differences in gender, place of origin, major, and grade. The paper proposes a comprehensive allround education strategy centered on multi-party collaboration, and constructs a lifelong education chain throughout the four years of university. Through courses, practice, and culture as carriers, an all-round educational environment is created. Through three-dimensional linkage, it aims to solve the career development problems of hearing-impaired college students and enhance their Career Self-Efficacy and employment competitiveness.
本文基于“三全育人”理念,探究听障大学生职业自我效能感提升路径。从天津某高校选取450名听障大学生采用领悟社会支持量表与职业自我效能感量表开展问卷调查,发现听障大学生职业自我效能感整体处于中等水平,在性别、籍贯、专业、年级维度存在一定差异。文章提出以多主体协同为核心的全员育人策略,构建贯穿大学四年的全程育人链条,以课程、实践、文化为载体打造全方位育人环境。通过三维联动,为听障大学生破解职业发展难题,提升其职业自我效能感与就业竞争力。
