Abstract:
This article takes “coordinated cooperation between boat and oar” as the core concept and constructs a dynamic teaching model for mental health education courses in primary and secondary schools. This model regards the course system as a “boat” and the teaching implementation process as an “oar”, emphasizing the organic coordination and dynamic adjustment between the two. The construction of the “boat” is based on flexible presetting through indepth analysis of students’ learning situations, precise positioning of teaching objectives, modular integration of teaching materials and resources, and creation of a psychologically safe classroom environment. The operation of the “oar” focuses on the dynamic generation during the teaching process. It achieves flexible transformation from static presetting to dynamic generation through modularly structured course content, design of thematic activities following the principles of “close to life, student-centered, and problem-focused”, and establishment of a professional closed loop of “presetting - practice - reflection”. Finally, by establishing a diverse and continuous evaluation and feedback mechanism, the teaching effect is tracked and optimized to ensure that the course can precisely respond to students’ development needs.
本文以“舟桨协同”为核心理念,构建了一种面向中小学心理健康教育课程的动态教学模式。该模式将课程系统比作“舟”,将教学实施过程比作“桨”,强调二者的有机协同与动态调整。其中,“舟”的建造基于深度学情分析的弹性预设、教学目标的精准定位、教材与教学资源的模块化整合,以及心理安全课堂场域创设。而“桨”的操作则聚焦于教学实施过程中的动态生成,通过模块化架构的课程内容、遵循“贴近生活、学生主体、问题聚焦”原则的专题活动设计,以及构建“预设—实践—反思”的专业闭环,实现从静态预设到动态生成的灵活转化。最后,通过建立多元、持续的评估与反馈机制,对教学效果进行追踪与优化,确保课程能够精准回应学生发展需求。
