Abstract:
This study addresses the theory of mind deficits and social impairments in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through a dual-channel “lab-family” gamified intervention model. By reviewing existing research, we identify international approaches emphasizing multimodal data integration and personalized interventions, while domestic studies focus on localized models and “family-institution-community” collaborative frameworks. Current research faces challenges including insufficient gamification, limited generalizability and personalization, lack of systematic design, and poor cultural adaptability. Guided by cognitive development and transfer theories, we establish a three-tier training system encompassing emotion recognition, belief comprehension, and intention inference, along with a dual-channel intervention mechanism and localized “family-friendly toolkit.” Limitations such as small sample sizes and short study durations are identified, suggesting future research should expand sample populations and enhance collaborative efforts to refine the model.
本研究基于自闭症谱系障碍(AutismSpectrumDisorder,ASD)儿童心理理论缺陷及社交障碍,聚焦“实验室—家庭”双通道游戏化干预模式构建。首先梳理国内外研究现状,发现国外侧重多模态数据融合与个性化干预,国内聚焦本土化干预模型与“家庭—机构—社区”协同体系。指出当前研究存在游戏化程度低、普适性与个性化不足、缺乏系统性及文化适配性低等问题。基于认知发展与迁移理论,遵循内容协同、角色分工、动态评估原则,构建含情绪识别—信念理解—意图推理的三阶梯训练体系、双通道干预机制及本土化“家庭友好型工具包”的模型。现有研究存在样本量小、周期短等局限,未来需扩大样本、深化协同等以完善模型。
