  • Abstract: The AI era has fundamentally transformed students ‘lived experiences and cognitive patterns, presenting new challenges in mental health. Virtual space isolation diminishes existential awareness, digital socialization weakens empathy, and algorithmic echo chambers deprive individuals of adversity experiences. Traditional mental health education models have proven inadequate. A practice-centered educational system is imperative—reinforcing authenticity through labor education, fostering belonging via community service, and alleviating anxiety through nature immersion. This integrated approach cultivates a holistic educational ecosystem that compensates for AI’s limitations, thereby building a robust psychological foundation for the younger generation. 人工智能时代重塑了学生的生存体验与认知模式,引发心理健康领域的新挑战:虚拟空间隔离导致存在感缺失,数字社交削弱共情能力,算法茧房剥夺挫折体验。传统心理健康教育模式已显乏力,需构建以社会实践为核心的教育体系,通过劳动教育重塑真实感、社区服务构建归属感、自然体验疗愈焦虑,形成有机的实践育人生态,补偿人工智能(AI)环境的不足,为年轻一代筑牢坚实的心理根基。
