Abstract:
This study aims to systematically explore the impact path of parental emotional warmth on high school students’ career adaptability, and to examine the mediating effect of self-identity in this process. Using random sampling, we selected 870 high school students from W city as research subjects and conducted a questionnaire survey using the Parental Emotional Warmth Scale, the Ego Identity Status Scale, and the Career Adaptability Scale. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between parental emotional warmth, self-identity, and career adaptability among high school students. Self-identity plays a partial mediating role between father’s emotional warmth and career adaptability, with a mediating effect accounting for 38.46%. It also plays a partial mediating role between mother’s emotional warmth and career adaptability, with a mediating effect accounting for 45.95%. Conclusion: Parental emotional warmth of high school students not only directly affects career adaptability but also indirectly influences it through self-identity.
本研究旨在系统探讨父母情感温暖对高中生生涯适应力的影响路径,检验自我同一性在其中的中介效应。采用随机取样的方法,选用父母情感温暖量表、自我同一性地位量表和生涯适应力量表,选取W市870名高中生作为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果显示高中生父母情感温暖、自我同一性和生涯适应力两两之间均存在显著正相关,自我同一性在父亲情感温暖与生涯适应力之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应占比为38.46%,在母亲情感温暖与生涯适应力之间也起到部分中介作用,中介效应占比为45.95%。结论:高中生父母情感温暖不仅能直接影响生涯适应力,还能通过自我同一性间接影响生涯适应力。
