• Abstract: Given that college students are in a period of immature psychological development, they are increasingly confronted with prominent psychological issues when facing multiple pressures such as academic performance, interpersonal relationships, emotional matters, and career planning. These issues may easily lead to psychological disorders, resulting in occasional campus psychological crisis incidents. As the backbone of college students’ mental health work, university counselors play a crucial role in conducting effective mental health education. Based on sorting out the current situation and inducing factors of contemporary college students’ psychological crises, this paper explores the unique advantages and dilemmas of counselors in psychological crisis intervention and prevention. Correspondingly, it puts forward specific implementation strategies, including deepening the collaborative intervention mechanism and constructing a comprehensive psychological crisis prevention system. The research aims to provide theoretical references for the effective prevention and intervention of college students’ psychological crisis incidents, effectively safeguard the healthy development of college students’ mental health, and maintain campus safety and stability. 大学生心理发育尚未成熟，在面对学业、人际、情感及职业规划等多重压力时，心理问题日渐突出，易产生心理障碍，导致校园心理危机事件偶有发生。高校辅导员作为大学生心理健康工作的中坚力量，开展有效心理健康教育至关重要。本文在梳理当代大学生心理危机现状及诱因基础上，探讨了辅导员在心理危机干预与预防中的独特优势与困境，针对性地提出深化协同干预机制，构建全方位心理危机预防体系的具体实施策略，从而为有效预防和干预大学生心理危机事件提供理论参考，切实保障大学生心理健康发展，维护校园安全稳定。
