学校道德氛围对高职生网络欺凌行为的影响机制研究

  • Abstract: Cyberbullying has become a prevalent social issue affecting students’ physical and mental health. To effectively prevent and address cyberbullying, this study aims to explore the impact of school moral atmosphere on cyberbullying behavior among vocational college students, and to examine the chain mediating roles of moral disengagement and moral identity. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 1,005 vocational college students. The results show that:(1) School moral atmosphere is significantly negatively correlated with cyberbullying behavior, significantly positively correlated with moral identity, and significantly negatively correlated with moral disengagement;(2) Moral disengagement is significantly positively correlated with cyberbullying behavior and significantly negatively correlated with moral identity;(3) Moral identity is significantly negatively correlated with cyberbullying behavior;(4) School moral atmosphere not only directly affects cyberbullying behavior but also exerts indirect effects through three mediating pathways: the separate mediating role of moral disengagement, the separate mediating role of moral identity, and the chain mediating role of moral disengagement → moral identity. 网络欺凌已成为影响学生身心健康的普遍性社会问题,为有效防治网络欺凌行为。本研究旨在探讨学校道德氛围对高职生网络欺凌行为的影响,并检验道德推脱与道德认同在其中的链式中介作用。采用问卷调查法对1005名高职生进行调查。结果显示:(1)学校道德氛围与网络欺凌行为显著负相关,与道德认同显著正相关,与道德推脱显著负相关;(2)道德推脱与网络欺凌行为显著正相关,与道德认同显著负相关;(3)道德认同与网络欺凌行为显著负相关;(4)学校道德氛围不仅直接影响网络欺凌行为,还通过三条中介路径产生间接影响:道德推脱的单独中介作用、道德认同的单独中介作用,以及道德推脱→道德认同的链式中介作用。
