  • Abstract: To explore the relationship between family care and academic stress among junior high school students and its mediating mechanisms, a survey was conducted on 337 students from a junior high school in Hengzhou City using the Family Care Scale, Psychological Richness Scale, and Academic Stress Scale. Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between family care and academic stress. Mediating effect tests indicated that psychological richness partially mediated the relationship between family care and academic stress. Findings suggest that enhancing family care not only directly alleviates academic stress among junior high students but also indirectly reduces stress by promoting psychological richness development. This provides reference for schools and families to collaboratively implement academic emotional support. 为探讨家庭关怀度与初中生学业压力的关系及其中介机制,采用家庭关怀度量表、心理丰富性量表与学业压力量表对横州市某初中337名学生进行调查。相关分析显示,家庭关怀度与学业压力呈显著负相关;中介效应检验表明,心理丰富性在家庭关怀度与学业压力之间起部分中介作用。研究结果提示,提升家庭关怀度不仅可直接缓解初中生学业压力,还可通过促进其心理丰富性发展而间接减轻压力,为学校与家庭协同开展学业情绪支持提供了参考。
